Hey Brad,

This is Conrad, we met in Orlando, I've just sent you a message on the WF too. I have to admit that it was nice to read this post, just because it was good for me to see that someone else is struggling with the same things that I am.
I can totally relate on the lack of balance thing, and the sacrifice that working hard at IM takes. I too am an extremist, and I both suffer for it and benefit from it as I am sure you do as well. It was just nice to know that there are others going through the same thing, so I appreciate that. We will make it there one day ! :)

All the best to you in every pursuit!

Brad,
I read where Bill Glazer prefers Thanksgiving to really connect with his customers in a personal and sincere way. For the same reason you mention, at Christmas with so much going on it's hard to stand out. It's too easy to get lost in the crowd. Especially if you have a well thought out and sincere message you would like to share your customers.

	Your videos are looking good.

Hope you had a Merry Christmas day. Everyone just remember, the spirit doesn't have to end just because the day is over.

Thanks Scott,

Great to see your comment. That kind of feedback means so much to me because honestly sometimes it's easy to fall into the trap of negative thinking with wondering if anyone reads your blog at all :)

I really do appreciate it!

Cheers,

Brad

Merry Day after Christmas to you too, Brad!
You made a great point about doing things differently from the crowd. The vast majority of my emails yesterday were from marketers whose "gifts" were only adswaps very thinly disguised as holiday greetings. Some of them actually used safeswap.com links for the gifts they mentioned in the subject line.
I was wondering after the first few if they required their children, family and friends to sign up for someone else's newsletter in order to get access to the gifts under their trees at home.
Keep up the good work, Brad, your talking heads videos are definitely getting better each time.
Happy Monday tomorrow!

I could have actually enjoyed the video if I could have heard about 100 less "umm's". You should practice not using that "not a word" (umm) . Overall you did good!
